Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
EAU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.
