All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, EAU does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. Exceptions will only be made for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
